We are pleased to announce that Barry and Stuart have won the World Magic Award for Best Comedy Illusionists 2009!
The awards were taped in Los Angeles before a live studio audience and will air on American TV on November 19th at 8 p.m. If you are in the US station listings are here.
The show features the best magicians from all over the world and was presented by the charity ‘Feed the Children’

I caught the boys on the Channel 4 3D show & it was worth enduring the irritating Derren Brown just to see Barry & Stuart – great stuff! Same as ‘Ben’ I too would love to see the Magic Awards show from LA & would appreciate being told if it is planned to be shown in UK…

Saw the awards on TV. I live in Wisconsin and have done for 10 years, therefore I had not heard of Barry and Stewart. I found them very interesting and funny. However, I am not so sure that the American audience understood the British humour. Americans want humour nailed on, they seem unable to think out why something is funny. I would like to see more of Barry and Stewart.
